Acceptable use policy
Rules for responsible use of Arqos digital properties and, when available, platform or access environments.
Purpose
This policy sets baseline expectations for anyone accessing Arqos websites, investor portals, procurement channels or future infrastructure-related digital services. It complements specific contracts and applicable law.
Prohibited activity
You must not: attempt unauthorised access; probe or attack systems without written authorisation; distribute malware; interfere with other users; misrepresent affiliation with Arqos; use materials to commit fraud or market abuse; or process unlawful content through any Arqos channel.
Security testing
Security research is welcome only under a coordinated disclosure process. Do not perform denial-of-service tests, social engineering of staff, or access of non-public data without prior written approval. See the Security page for how to report issues.
Enforcement
Arqos may suspend access, retain logs, and involve law enforcement where warranted. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent exclusion from digital channels and, where relevant, commercial processes.
