What we are building
A sovereign GPU cloud on the Sicilian coast, engineered with its own solar park and battery storage (BESS) and coastal seawater cooling. Compute, power and thermal systems are planned as one facility — not bolted-on afterthoughts.
Holding model
Arqos Infrastructure Holding S.A. (Luxembourg) is the group parent. Operating and project entities sit underneath for Italy and site-level delivery. See Group structure for the entity map.
How we engage
